The Carolina Panthers are in a crucial Week 18 matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This game is pivotal for the Panthers, as a win would secure them the division title and a spot in the playoffs.

At the end of the third quarter, the Buccaneers lead 13-7, putting the pressure on the Panthers to make a strong push in the final quarter.

First Quarter Breakdown

Young and McMillan connected on a pass that would have put the Panthers in positive territory, but McMillan was called for offensive pass interference, putting Carolina in a 3rd & long situation. Young threw the ball away, and the Panthers punted again.

The Buccaneers benefited from a pass interference call on Panthers safety Nick Scott, moving them into positive territory.
