No. 10 Nebraska men’s basketball (18-0, 7-0) made their way to Evanston, Illinois, on Saturday afternoon to take on the Northwestern Wildcats (8-10, 0-7). Coming off a convincing 90-55 victory over the Oregon Ducks on Tuesday night, the Huskers continued their unbeaten start with another dominant performance.

The game started with Nebraska maintaining a single-digit lead at halftime, preventing the Wildcats from making a significant run. However, once the second half began, the Huskers extended their advantage with a strong offensive stretch, ultimately securing a 77-58 win. Sam Hoiberg added 12 points, going 3-of-6 from the field and 5-of-6 from the free throw line, while also grabbing seven rebounds and dishing out four assists.

Rienk Mast chipped in with nine points, shooting 3-of-6 from the field, while Jamarques Lawrence scored eight points, all of which came in the first half.
